Refund Policy

All fees paid to Brookshire Property Management, including rental application fees, are non-refundable.

Application fees cover the cost of processing, screening, and administrative review. Because this work begins as soon as an application is submitted, refunds cannot be issued, regardless of application outcome.
Rent payments, deposits, and other charges are also non-refundable once paid, except where required by applicable law.

By submitting payment through our website or other channels, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are final and non-refundable.
