At Brookshire Property Management, we strive to ensure a smooth and professional rental process for both applicants and property owners. To schedule a property viewing, applicants must first complete our rental application and submit the required $40 application fee.
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, we will be glad to arrange a private showing of the property you are interested in. Please note that property viewings are reserved exclusively for approved applicants.
This process helps us confirm that all scheduled viewings are with serious, qualified applicants and ensures a respectful experience for our current residents.
